Week 6

Happy Friday!

Each week a group of wonderful photographers from Beautiful Beasties Network challenges each other to take on an assignment. This is a great way to network, get to know each other, and just try new things in general.

This week's theme is Wide Open. Under wide open term one can assume open space to work with or wide open aperture. As photographers we often shoot our shots tight. Depending on the environment. Often in a park we don't have to shoot too close and tell a story with more of the park included. In a city, we often have to eliminate some elements that may pull the viewer's eye. I have approached this weekly challenge in few ways. I have used the wide open area on my photo and I have used wide open aperture too. Here are my babies in an wide open space.

All my photos for this photo shoot are shot at wide open aperture f/1.4 Next set of shots are wide open aperture, just to maintain variety in my shots.

I hope you enjoyed my translation of the project. I always do my best to photograph all my pups, because nobody gets to be left out. Get inspired and photograph your own pups! Try something new every time. I have different backgrounds, different angles, different light source, and overall approach it to keep things fun. Up next head over to 100 Loyal Faces Photography, Perth, Australia. This is a circle and we always have lots of photographers participating. Please scroll down on each blog and visit the next photographer.

Have fun!
